What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state of mind. In hypnosis you are restful and relaxed but, it is different from sleep because you are fully aware of your surroundings. In fact you are able to focus more in hypnosis, allowing you to focus on resolving a problem or simply enjoy the relaxation.
How does hypnosis work?
Once we have uncovered the psychological reasons for your smoking habit, it is just a case of dealing with them by disassociating them from your daily activities. Then if you like we can replace them with a new focus. We do this by accessing your subconscious mind, helping it to work togther with your conscious mind and reinforcing your new positive healthy lifestyle change.
We combine hypnosis and several very effective mind techniques to change your mind to focus on something else rather than smoking.
Finally once your mind has accepted that you are a non-smoker, the physical aspects do not even come into the picture and you will be free from the habit. However, it is very important to understand that you must sincerely and wholeheartedly want to stop smoking, if you don’t – you will not be able to accept the suggestions I give you.
How long will it take?
Most people who want to stop smoking have been smoking for fifteen years or so. So it is unrealistic to expect to stop smoking in one hour and be rid of a habit you have been nurturing for many years. If you were a client in a 1-on-1 it would take approximately three weeks from the time you book you appointment.
It should take you approximately the same amount of time by following my Step-By-Step guide, but bear in mind that there are 179 pages packed full of information, several audio tracks and several exercises that will need to be done.
So depending on your own drive it may take you a little longer or a little less. The time I personally recommend to complete the course is three to four weeks.
My guide is so easy to follow that it will not take you anywhere near as long as a course of nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gums etc.) and the techniques I use are so advanced that you will not have to endure withdrawal symtoms and bad side effects like you would if you used nicotine replacement therapy or the 'will power' method.
How much will a session cost?

I’ve heard people say that putting weight on after stopping smoking is inevitable, is this true?
No.
It is true that people want to eat more when they stop smoking. There are many reasons for weight gain when you stop smoking, here are three:
- The desire for food replaces the desire for cigarettes
- Smoking reduces appetite
- When you stop smoking, your food will taste better, so you'll want more of it
However, with a few suggestions and careful guidance you will eat just the right amounts of food when you stop smoking, and just as importantly - the right kinds of foods (don't worry I do not tell you yo go on a diet!).
The added benefit isthat you will be able to taste food to it’s fullest extent, enjoying it more.

How is The Complete Step-By-Step Guide To Quitting Smoking Different from other quit smoking systems?
Most quit smoking 'experts' and systems point to the same few obvious, unhelpful and predictable solutions and methods. They are - the will power method or nicotine replacement therapy or cognitive behaviousral therapy.
These systems usually tell you to lap up the withdrawal symptoms as 'they are a necessary part of quitting smoking'. And they tell you that you need to continuosly think about the diseases you are going to get if you don't give up or how you are going to die a horrible death.
They try to scare you!
My system doesn't do that, I help you to use your axieties and your desires and combine them to motivate you.
A major problem is that the will power method and nicotine replacement therapy just don't work! Firstly your will power is controlled by our conscious mind, but your smoking habits are controlled by the subconscious mind, and the two parts of your mind don't always work together!
And secondly nicotine replacement therapy doesn't work because you are simply giving yourself more of the same drug, but in a much higher concentration and in a different form!
How can more of the same drug help you toget off the drug?!! All it does is prolong the time it takes to remove nicotine from your system, and this can be for up to one year!!
Furthermore, nicotine patches and gums cannot help you kill off your desire for cigarettes, they cannot help you to break your smoking triggers and they do not show you how to enjoy your life free from cigarettes!
My system helps you to see what it is exactly that makes you smoke. Then it helps you to quickly break down those reasons, so that you have no reason to smoke. If you don't have a reason to smoke, why smoke?!

And I can tell you right now, straight up that nicotine addiction is not the main reason why you smoke and it is not the main reason why you find it difficult. Most of your problems lie in your mind, the way you think about cigarettes, the effects nicotine and the toxins in cigarettes have when they leave your body and your habits.
There are several key facts about smoking that 99.9% of smokers don't know, and until you know what they are, your struggle against tobacco and cigarettes will go on.
