How To Quit Smoking With Hypnosis

It's been a while since I last posted (I've been busy helping a few friends quit smoking and working on some new ideas!). Over the last couple of months I've heard a lot of people interested in learning how to quit smoking with hypnosis.
The main reasons why you and many other smokers may be interested in using hypnosis is that you've grown tired of nicotine patches and other such drugs. Although with the new drug Chantix out many people have gone down the drugs route once again. But personally I know that putting another drug in your body to help you quit smoking isn't necessarily an option for you!
Anyway, I've taught many smokers like you how to quit smoking with hypnosis in under twenty eight days or less, and it works - for several reasons. Firstly, there are no drugs involved. So your body does not have to adjust to another foreign substance. Secondly, your smoking addiction is at the very, very least 50% in your mind - drugs can't help you with that part!
You've got a lot of smoking habits which now run automatically (under the control of your subconscious mind, which you can't control) and make you smoke - even though you don't need a cigarette.
When you smoke when you are stressed, or need to calm down or when you need to concentrate or when you are bored (to name a very small list) it is not down to your physical addiction to nicotine, it is down to your mental addiction to smoking. Over time you've taught yourself that these situations can be remedied with a cigarette (eve though in the back of your mind you know that cigarettes cannot fix this problem).
This pattern of behaviour is now automatic and is deeply ingrained into your subconscious mind. And just like most smokers you've probably tried to quit using will power. But the problem is that will power is controlled by your conscious mind, while smoking is controlled by your subconcious mind. So no matter how strong your will power - it won't help you quit smoking!
You can learn how to quit smoking with hypnosis by understanding that through hypnosis you can access your subconscious mind and then remove your mental addiction to smoking. Drugs cannot stop you from wanting a cigarette when you are stressed or bored or in need of confidence. Hypnosis re-trains your mind to no longer rely on or need cigarettes.
But before you use hypnosis to quit smoking you need to learn and understand how nicotine affects you and make yourself aware of all the different things that make you smoke. Once you have this knowledge you can combine it with hypnosis and remove smoking from your life forever without the need for drugs, stress, cravings or withdrawal symptoms.
